When I started Nicholas Wines and traveled around the world, I quickly found that the most beautiful wines came from the best growers and the best vineyards and those typically ended up being small rural farmers, meticulous growers that have been passing down wisdom and family secrets for generations.
You better believe the same is true in coffee. I’ve always been on the hunt for my own beans and my own blend, but I needed the right time. But when one of our best members at Nicholas Wines recently reached out about an opportunity, I knew that time was now. After a few weeks tasting dozens and dozens of samples, having tested every bean, blend and roast combination I can think of, I finally have my own.
This one comes from small family roasters in both Columbia and Brazil. A Medium Roast blend – this one is absolutely delicious. You’re going to love it!
