Fireside Case 2025

Over the years, once it starts to get cold, I usually put together one of our biggest hits, the Fireside Sampler. The only problem was, over the last few years, it wasn’t as cold and the recommendations weren’t as frequent. But with this unusually cold winter, all of that changed recently. This one is passed due but I made up for it with the selections! Four full bodied, berried-up Red wines that each bring plenty of backbone and structure to help cold nights warm up. That and they all happen to pair well with cold weather cuisine, anything from soup to nuts and dried fruit, to poultry and fish, to anything with chocolate you can throw at it with dessert!
