In 2016, Silver Oak’s Oakville winery became the world’s first production winery to be granted LEED Platinum Certification – the highest level granted by the U.S. Green Building Council. They use zero toxic materials, solar panels, pure, filtered air and salvaged redwood siding from old 1930s wine tanks in their winemaking approach. It’s this level of attention to detail that sets them apart.
