94 Points, James Suckling – 92 Points, Parker’s Wine Advocate

This 94-point gem can be enjoyed any night guilt free, even if it far outperforms a typical table wine by a consider amount. Multiple 100-point winemaker Andrea Leon had the 2022 vintage roaring and the critics raving. James Suckling awarded it 94 points, calling it “well-structured” with a “fluidity in the center palate filled with fruit”. Parker’s Wine Advocate were also big fans giving it 92 points and noting the “desirable balance between soft, creamy approachability and a serious expression of its origins”.

Remember: this one is not like a big California Cabernet. This is a wine that brilliantly captures the essence of high-quality South American Cabernet—vibrant fruit, wonderful herbal complexity, and a refreshing structure that makes it both age-worthy and surprisingly accessible in its youth.

Original price was: $30.00.Current price is: $23.00.

94 Points, James Suckling
“A fresh nose full of fruit. Dark cherries, fresh blueberries, spices, crushed stones and olives. A touch of graphite, too. Well-structured and vertical on the palate, but there is also fluidity in the center palate filled with fruit. Tight grip of crunchy tannins at the end before a long, fruit-expressive finish. Drink from 2025.”

92 Points, Parker’s Wine Advocate
The 2022 Cuvée Alexandre Cabernet Sauvignon strikes a desirable balance between soft, creamy approachability and a serious expression of its origins. On the nose, red and black fruits blend with fresh rosemary and sage aromas, all framed with judicious new oak. The palate is rich and layered, embracing the lavish house profile while retaining a deftness and purity that carries through to the elegant, refined finish.
